Information Recorded in the national Aircraft Register

Compulsory Entries in the Register:

• The physical details of the aircraft, including the engines installed and any spare engines owned by the registrant, intended for use on the aircraft
• The name and address of the registrant, along with the capacity in which the aircraft is registered
• Details of any mortgages registered against the aircraft, including any subsequent registrable transactions related to the mortgages
• Information on any irrevocable de-registration or power of attorney granted to an owner, lessor, or as security to the mortgagee or a third party, providing them with the authority to exercise rights over the aircraft or close the register on behalf of the registrant

Permitted Entries in the Register:

• Ownership rights in the aircraft or engine, including those held by a trustee, one or more owners, divided into fractional shares, or subject to agreements with reserved ownership rights or conditions affecting title
• Rights of the lessee/lessor regarding the aircraft or engine
• The details of a resident agent if the registrant is an international registrant
• Information on any international interest recorded in the International Registry and the associated debtor
• Any charge or reservation of title or lessee’s rights prior to mortgage registration

Security Eligible for Registration in the National Aircraft Registry:

• A mortgage
• Prior to mortgage registration, any creditor may register a privilege or charge over any part, appurtenance, or accessory of the aircraft
• A vendor reserving title to the aircraft or any part thereof may register their interest in the aircraft register
• A lessee holding an interest in the aircraft or part thereof
